Here are our Terms and Conditions, which we’re obliged to publish but we’ve kept them simple and easy to digest. Please read them carefully before buying from us.

2.1.1 Placing an order through our on-line shop at is easy. Simply add the products you want to buy to the shopping basket and follow a series of simple instructions to select your delivery address and payment method.
2.1.2 Confirm your order by clicking the ‘place order’ button at the end of the process. You will then be redirected to the Sage Payment website to enter your payment details. By entering your details and clicking the ‘Pay now’ button, you will be placing your order.
2.1.3 By placing an order you are offering to buy goods from us. We will confirm that we have received your order but this does not mean that your order has been accepted. There is no contract between us until we have accepted your order.
2.1.4 We will send you an e-mail acknowledgement confirming acceptance of your order, the order reference, order value and payment method. We suggest you keep this confirmation in a safe place in case you have any queries.

2.2. TRADE
2.2.1 You must open a Trade Account with us. Telephone us on 01327 315310 to set up your account.
2.2.2 Orders can be placed by phone on 01327 315310, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. You must quote your Trade Account Number at time of order.
2.3.1 You must register as a Breeder Account with us. To do this complete the Breeders Registration Form on this website and email it to us. We will then send you a Breeders Welcome Pack and your Breeders account number.
2.3.2 Orders can be placed by phone on 01327 315310, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. You must quote your Breeder’s Account Number at time of order.
2.2.3 Alternatively, you can order through the on-line shop. Again, your Breeder’s Account Number must be quoted at time of order in order to qualify for the exclusive rates for Breeders.

3.1.1 For orders via our on-line shop, we must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we will dispatch the products.
3.1.2 For telephone orders, payment will be taken at the time of dispatch unless you have set up a Trade Account with us and alternative payment terms have been arranged.
Trade terms will be agreed on completion of application.
3.1.3 You can pay through Sage Payments using any major credit or debit card.
Credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won't be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In such cases, Sage Payments will reject your payment and your order will not be placed.

4.1 You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery.

5.1 We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days and will email you to let you know when your order is on its way. Deliveries are by Courier or Royal Mail first class postage

6.1 Postage and packing charge is £3.99 with FREE DELIVERY when you spend £30.00 or more.

7.1 Betty Miller’s products are oven-baked on site. On rare occasions should a product be unavailable we will let you know at the time of order.

8.1.1 You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery.
8.1.2 If you are unhappy with any of our products and would like to exchange/refund an item please inform us through the ‘contact Betty’ page. Please include your order number and reason for exchange/return. We will then email you a returns form to fill out and send back to us.
8.1.3 If you wish to return any products, they must reach us within 5 working days of when we dispatched your order.
8.1.4 Please ensure they are packed appropriately (ideally using the packaging we initially supplied) and include a note stating your order reference, contact details and reason for returning the item.
8.1.5 Upon receipt, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to exchange the items or receive a refund. If you desire a refund, we will aim to issue a refund within ten working days of contacting you. Any returned items must be sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
8.1.6 If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods.

9.1.1 Betty Miller aims for the highest level of quality at all stages of making, packaging and despatching your order. Please inspect your delivery and report any faulty or damaged goods as soon as you can.
9.1.2 f you receive a damaged parcel or a defective product, please contact us within 5 working days of when we despatched the order. You will receive a replacement product or full refund (including the cost of returning them to us). Please contact with your order reference, contact details and details of what is wrong with the product. Please do not return any products without contacting us first.
9.1.3 If the item you received does not correspond to the description given at the time of your order, please follow the procedure for damaged products. We try our hardest to provide a clear and accurate description on the website, together with images of how the product looks. We will pay for the postage return costs, but would be grateful if you would contact us first by emailing
9.1.4 Money will be refunded to the same account debited during purchase. All refunds and partial refunds will be completed within 30 days.
9.1.5 The no quibble guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. If you want more information on these rights, they are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

10.1.1The prices on this website are subject to variation without notice, although we will always honour the price of your goods at the time that your order was placed for purposes of refunds and returns.
10.1.2 The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

11.1 Our products are all oven-baked in small batches. Whilst we use exactly the same ingredients in each batch and follow the recipe to the letter, there may be some variability between batches in terms of colour, texture and scent.
